Viburnum cassinoides (Withe Rod Viburnum)

Native to Michigan. Exceptionally beautiful shrub with showy creamy white flowers in early summer. New leaves are a bronzy-purple. The fruit is interesting; it changes from green to pink to red to blue and finally to black. Nice red-orange fall color. Requires a protected area with full to 1/2 day sun and moist, well-drained soil.
